The Mari-May Kennels puppy application begins with the initial telephone interview, and we do that when you are ready to send in a deposit. Friendly phone conversations give us the opportunity to meet and get to know you better and learn about your personal circumstances, and evaluate the likelihood of our ability to meet your needs. Puppy placement is a very important task for us - we want you to be happy with your pup and confident about adding a new family member to your home. Thus, we provide you with as much time as needed to answer your questions fully so you are able to make a good decision.

After your telephone interview with us, you need to fill out the puppy application (link below) and mail it to us regular mail, to the address at the bottom of the application (not e-mail). Do not send the application until you have done the telephone interview.
Applications must be filled out and emailed back to us.
